With over twenty years' experience, Juan views organisations as vibrant communities that require vision, connection and shared meaning to thrive. Juan thrives on fostering human connection and leveraging his expertise to drive professional, community and personal development. He intertwines tools of leadership, collaboration, self-awareness, and mindfulness to develop groups and individuals for high performance.
